To protect the items you order, we send your furniture using the services of experienced and trusted carriers. We also provide free delivery within the European Union.
Orders sent to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom entail additional customs duties and domestic VAT, which will be charged directly by the local fiscal authorities and which you will have to pay for separately. In case of questions concerning the extra fees, please contact your local tax office.
If you want your products to be delivered outside of Europe, contact us individually (email@example.com) to determine the shipping costs and delivery method.
Large shipments, e.g.: tables, coffee tables, consoles and dressers, are shipped on pallets by Kuehne + Nagel Sp. z o.o., and they do not include inside delivery.
After receiving the package, please check the product in the presence of the carrier. If the product was damaged in transport, please record the damage to the product and packaging and promptly report the problem to the carrier and to Un’common (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You may return the products you have ordered without stating the reasons within 14 days from delivery. You can only return products that are undamaged and are free from signs of use. If you want to return a product, contact us by e-mail (email@example.com). Un’common will refund the value of the order within 14 days from the cancellation of the order.
